"See yourself as strong and victorious. Don't complain, don't blame. You are the embodiment of Strength, not victimhood." ~Sekmet
Smart, Savvy and Safe: Keep Up The Awareness
Regina's years of Taekwondo and Smartsafe have laid a foundation for speaking on the topic of personal safety. Helping others recognize easy ways to mitigate risks and maintain control of their safety is a strong passion for her. Any time we can take the element of surprise away from a potential attacker and give it back to a woman, we have greatly reduced the opportunity for her to be targeted. She can enjoy life and live her purpose. "Confidence, is the unconquerable enemy of fear." ~Regina Rowley Audiences will leave with a working knowledge of:
- Belief system - personalities
- Awareness - prevention
- Surveillance - stalking
- Top attack locations
- Known & unknown attackers
- Simple, doable techniques
Overcome FEAR and Limitations
All breakthroughs begin with a change in beliefs. We need to get comfortable being uncomfortable. FEAR has a dis-empowering effect; one we often do not recognize. Personal growth is the foundation of a happy life and a successful professional life. Regina's own limiting beliefs, instilled through a childhood of never being good enough, deeply impacted the reality she called life, decade after decade.
Through Overcome FEAR and Limitations, men and women will recognize how False Evidence Appearing Real is holding them hostage and be enlightened to a new and empowering acronym for FEAR. This new acronym/game plan equips and empowers audiences to take action; to say, no more excuses. They will be liberated and able to seize their finest hour, create their own reality versus living one by default. Regina gives them permission.
